The enquiry and quote forms on this site collect the name, phone number, email address, site location and enquiry details you type into them. Nothing else is collected automatically by us beyond standard web server logs.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to quote, to confirm stock and delivery, and to follow up on the project. We do not sell or rent contact details to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while a project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that reorders match your earlier specification.
Third-party services
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Those providers may log the request as part of serving the content.
